About Memohonaey, The Counter Publishing This MemoHoney Website

Memohonaey is the official U.S. MemoHoney shop, operating from New York.

This counter sells MemoHoney and did not make it. Everything published here is read off the product's own artwork and the seller's own page, on a date this website states, and the editorial desk is an organisation rather than an invented person.

Who writes this, what it can check, what it cannot, and what happens when somebody says a page is wrong.

Who we are

What Memohonaey is, and what it is not about MemoHoney

Eight rows, and the last two are the ones worth remembering.

What the editorial mailbox cannot doSee an order, open a refund claim or track a parcel. Those go to the order line

The two mailboxes are printed separately on every page of this website because confusing them is the single commonest way a refund claim gets delayed.

Method

How this MemoHoney website is written

Four rules, and the fourth one is the one that shapes most of this website.

The container outranks everything

Whatever is physically printed on the bottle and on the graphics shipped with it sets the ceiling: six names, three words in gold, a count and a single directions line. Those are reproduced exactly, never tidied up.

The seller's page supplies the commerce

Ladder, postage and window come from there, carrying the date somebody read them. Where the page and the container pull in different directions the container wins, on the grounds that it is the object a buyer ends up holding.

Identifiers are looked up, never recalled

Every record behind a quantity on this website came out of NCBI and was typed from the fields that service returned. A second pass through the same service hunted withdrawal notices; two papers failed it and the reasoning sits in the citation file.

Blank stays blank

With no Supplement Facts panel in the supplied material, the milligram column has no honest contents. This desk fills it with nothing and prints the trial quantities alongside instead.

Limits

What this MemoHoney desk can check, and what it cannot

Five on each side. The right-hand column is the more useful one and it is the one most retail pages omit.

Checked before publishing

  • What the artwork prints, because it is in front of us
  • What the seller's page claims, quoted on a stated date
  • What each named ingredient has been studied for, and at what amount
  • Whether a cited paper is real, current and not retracted
  • What the commercial terms are: window, postage, addresses, order line

Beyond this desk

  • How much of any ingredient a capsule holds, because the artwork gives no panel
  • Who the clinician on the emblem is, because nobody is named
  • What the certificate behind reference MEM-5895-26-ME says, because it has been requested and not supplied
  • Whether the capsule works, because no trial of it exists
  • What happened to any individual buyer, because the roster is the distributor's summary copy

The MemoHoney editorial desk, and why it is not a person

A named desk with a method rather than an invented reviewer with a portrait.

Every page on this website is written and reviewed by the MemoHoney Team, which is an organisation rather than an individual. That is a deliberate choice and worth explaining, because a named medical reviewer with a photograph is the convention in this category.

The convention is frequently a fiction. Inventing a doctor, giving them a portrait and attaching their name to a supplement page manufactures authority that nobody can check, and it is the single most common fabrication on this shelf. A desk with a stated method, a published set of limits and a working mailbox is less flattering and considerably more honest.

So what is offered instead of a name is a method: sources stated, dates printed beside anything that could change, citations resolved rather than remembered, amounts never estimated, and a correction route that works. Whether that is worth more than a photograph is a judgement each reader can make.

Corrections

How to correct a MemoHoney page

Five steps, and the last one saves a week.

  1. Write to contact@Memohonaey.com, naming the page and quoting the line.
  2. Say what is wrong with it, and what it ought to say if you know.
  3. The sentence itself gets changed, rather than a note being added underneath it saying that it was wrong.
  4. The review date on that page shifts at the same moment, which is how the change is made visible.
  5. If the correction is about an order, a parcel or a refund, it goes to +1 (302) 200-3480 instead, because that desk can see orders and this one cannot.
The one correction this desk is actively asking for

A photograph of the back of the bottle. One legible Supplement Facts panel, with a serving size and a milligram column, would replace several pages of careful reasoning on this website with a table. The request has gone to the seller and it will be published the day it arrives.

Why this exists

Why this MemoHoney counter exists alongside the manufacturer

What a retail desk can add that a manufacturer's own page will not.

A reasonable question, and one this desk would rather answer than leave hanging. A retail counter sits between a manufacturer and a buyer and adds something or it does not. What this one adds is a reading of the product that the manufacturer has no commercial reason to write.

A manufacturer's page is a sales page. It names five supports and it is allowed to. What it will not do is set each ingredient beside the amount its own trials used, print the arithmetic of a capsule's capacity, name the emblem that identifies nobody, or say that a plain daily multivitamin has two randomised memory trials behind it and this bottle has none. Those things cost a sale and they are the reason a counter is worth reading.

The second thing it adds is commercial plumbing that is stated rather than buried: a run number before purchase, two mailboxes with their jobs distinguished, a return address on every page, and the window counted the conservative way. None of that is glamorous and all of it is checkable, which is the trade this desk prefers.

What it does not add is a second opinion on whether the capsule works. Nobody has that, because the trial has not been run, and a counter claiming otherwise would be inventing exactly the authority this page has just spent a section declining to invent.

Two months to make up your mind, and the seller wants one of them spent taking it

Counting starts the day the order is paid for, not the day the box arrives, so picking, packing and transit are all spent out of the same 60 days. The seller's terms then ask for 30 days of use before a claim is opened. Subtract one from the other and roughly a fortnight of genuine slack is what remains, which is the figure to hold in mind when you pick a pack size rather than after it arrives. A claim begins on the order line with the order ID in front of you, and the refund policy sets out every step after that.
